General Terms and Conditions of Carriage
Following terms and conditions of carriage (“General Terms and Conditions”) shall govern the shipment of all Overseas Logistics products and shall constitute a binding agreement between Overseas Logistics and the Shipper, the Consignee and any other person who may have an interest in the shipment. The General Terms and Conditions also protect anyone with whom Overseas Logistics may contract to transport or deliver the shipment. 
 
1.Terms.
Where used in these General Terms and Conditions or the specific terms and conditions applicable to any Overseas Logistics Product, the following words or phrases shall mean:
1A. “Consignee” refers to the person to whom the shipment is sent;
1B. “Convention” means the Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules relating to International Carriage by Air signed at Warsaw, Poland, October 12, 1929, as amended by the Hague Protocol 1955, which may apply to the carriage of international shipments and, in most cases, will limit the liability of Overseas Logistics in respect of loss or damage to such shipments.
1C. “Overseas Logistics ” shall include any carrier who Overseas Logistics may contract with to transport or deliver any particular shipment;
1D. “Package” refers to any single container or envelope accepted by Overseas Logistics for 
delivery.
1E.  “Shipment” refers to all packages shipped by the same customer (identified by its customer number) on the same day and which have the same Shipper/place of origin and destination/Consignee, even when such packages are shipped at different times during the day and/or under different waybills or shipping documents
1F. “Shipper” refers to the person sending the shipment.
1G. “Waybill” shall include any shipping document, label, waybill, manifest, bill of lading or similar item used by Overseas Logistics in the provision of its courier services.
 
2.Services.
Overseas Logistics agrees to provide courier services between authorized service points in 
accordance with:
2A.  the terms and conditions set out in these General Terms and Conditions.
2B. the terms and conditions applicable to the particular Overseas Logistics product being used.
2C.  the applicable Overseas Logistics Rate Schedule; and the applicable Overseas Logistics Schedule of Additional Charges; in effect at the time that the shipment originates. 
2D.  In the event of a conflict or variation between these General Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions applicable to the particular Overseas Logistics Product being used, the latter shall govern.
 
3.Applicable Law.
These General Terms and Conditions, as well as the specific terms and conditions applicable to any Overseas Logistics Product, shall be deemed to include and be governed by applicable Country or state laws, including, in the case of ground shipments, public commercial vehicle legislation and regulations of such jurisdiction, or, in the case of shipments which travel internationally by air, the Carriage by Air Act (India) and the Convention shall apply. 
 
4.Rate Applications.
Subject to any discounts that may be offered by Overseas Logistics, the Shipper agrees to pay the applicable shipping rates in effect at the time that the shipment originates. Overseas Logistics reserves the right to amend its Rate schedules at any time or from time to time upon notice to its customers. 
 
5.Additional Charges.
In addition to those charges otherwise specified in these General Terms and Conditions or the terms and conditions applicable to any particular Overseas Logistics, the following additional charges may apply to a shipment, including: 
5A.  Account Number Correction – where the Waybill is missing or includes an incorrect or incomplete account number, which is corrected by Overseas Logistics.
5B.  After Hours Pickup – where a request for pickup is received after the Shipper’s standard pickup time or outside Overseas Logistics published business hours;
5C.  Volumetric weight – Overseas reserves the right to apply a volumetric weight to all freight with a density of less than the prescribed density for air and/or ground shipments in case the volume weight is higher than the actual weight; the calculation method as prescribed in the product details. 
5D.  Fuel Surcharge – Overseas Logistics reserves the right to apply a fuel surcharge on air and / or ground shipments from time to time upon notice to its customers.
5E.  Remote area surcharge – where the destination point is deemed by Overseas Logistics to be remote or is not serviced directly by Overseas Logistics.
5F.  Postal Code Correction – Where the Waybill is missing or includes an incorrect or incomplete postal code, which is corrected by Overseas Logistics.
5G.  Weight Correction – Where the Waybill is missing or includes an incorrect or incomplete weight entry for the shipment, which is corrected by Overseas Logistics.
5H. Residential Delivery fee – This fee will be applied to any delivery that is deemed a residential address (non- commercially zoned location). The fee will be applied in addition to shipping charges.
5I.  Excess Weight Package Delivery Fee –This fee will be applied to every trackable piece processed by Overseas Logistics that has an actual weight that is greater than as prescribed in the product.
 
Please see Overseas Logistics Current Schedule of Additional Charges for more information. Overseas Logistics reserves the right to amend, replace or alter its Additional Charges from time to time upon notice to its customers.
6.Sales Taxes and Duties.
The party being billed shall be liable for and shall pay to Overseas Logistics any and all goods and services taxes, or any similar or otherwise applicable taxes imposed with respect to the services provided (“taxes”), as well as any and all possible surcharges, customs and duties assessments (“duties”) related to any shipment tendered to Overseas Logistics. 
 
7.Billing.
Unless otherwise specified by the terms and conditions of carriage governing a particular Overseas Logistics Product, and subject to Overseas Logistics’ right to refuse to grant credit to any person, shipments may be charged to the Shipper or the “Bill To” account of record. Charges will be applied at the time that the shipment originates, subject to additional charges, fees, taxes and duties as provided below. Billing correction credit requests must be received no later than 30 calendar days of the Overseas Logistics invoice date and are subject to Overseas Logistics’ review and approval. Requests received after 30 calendar days of the invoice are subject to an administration fee that would be deducted from the credit amount. However, the request can be made only to a maximum of 90 days even with administrative fees. 
 
8.Payment.
Each invoice shall be paid in full when due. Invoices overdue by more than 30 days will be subject to an additional charge of 2% every month.  Additional fees will be charged for any cheque or electronic transfer that is dishonoured for any reason. These amounts are in addition to any other legal rights and remedies available to Overseas Logistics. 
 
9.Lien.
Overseas Logistics shall have a lien on any shipment for all charges, fees, taxes, and duties, of any kind arising out of or in connection with the transportation or delivery of the shipment and we may refuse to surrender possession of the shipment or refuse to deal with any claim until such amounts are paid. 
 
10.Delivery.
10A.  Delivery — Shipments will be delivered to the Consignee’s address set out on the Waybill, but not necessarily to the named Consignee personally. 
10B.   Proof of Delivery — Upon request, Overseas Logistics will provide confirmation of delivery by telephone or e-mail at no charge. The delivery details would also be updated on OVERSEAS LOGISTICS Tracking page. Written confirmation of delivery is available upon request at an additional charge. 
10C.  Undelivered Goods — If, through no fault of Overseas Logistics, the shipment cannot be delivered, Overseas Logistics may return the shipment to the Shipper at the expense of the party being charged. 
10D.  Delay — Overseas Logistics does not guarantee its delivery times, and shall not be liable for any loss or damages suffered as a result of the failure to deliver a shipment by stipulated time of day, even if it is aware of such consequences when the shipment originates. 
10E. Redirection of Deliveries Service — Upon request, Overseas Logistics will provide redirection of deliveries service while the goods are in transit. Post delivery of goods at the redirection of services would be open to a maximum of 15 days subject to receiver handing over the package.  OVERSEAS LOGISTICS shall not have any liability of missing shipment or its part thereof. This service is for a prescribed fee. 
 
11.Exceptions from Liability.
Overseas Logistics shall not be liable for any loss, damage or delay due to any circumstances beyond its control, including, without limitation, acts of God, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, riots, strikes or other labour disputes, civil commotion, and disruptions in the air or ground transportation network, a defect or inherent vice in the goods being shipped, an act or default of the Shipper, owner or Consignee, or any other similar event, circumstance, act or default. 
 
12.Liability.
Cargo must be insured by the Shipper/Consignee. OVERSEAS LOGISTICS  will not be responsible for any loss or damage due mishandling. However OVERSEAS LOGISTICS shall support by providing the required documents for initiating insurance claim by the Shipper/Consignee. OVERSEAS LOGISTICS assumes no liability on account of damage and reserves right to receive freight payment for the services rendered including the shipment in which delay, loss or damage may occur. 
Exclusions:

1.OVERSEAS LOGISTICS will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of markets, loss of reputation, loss of opportunity even if we had acknowledged that such damages or loss might arise or for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or loss howsoever arising including without limitation breach of contract, negligence, wilful act of default
2. Acts of god including earthquakes, cyclones, storms, flooding, fire, disease, fog, snow or frost or other natural calamities or disaster.
3.Force majeure including but not limited to (war, accidents, acts of public enemies, strikes, embargoes, perils of sea, local disputes or civil commotions, 
4.National or local disruptions in sea, air or ground, transportation networks and mechanical problems to modes of transport or machinery
5.Latent defects or inherent vice in the contents of the shipment
6.Criminal acts of the third parties such as theft and arson
7.Customs clearance stoppage of work or systems de
8.By your acts or omissions or those of third party:
You are being in breach of (or any other party claiming an interest in the shipment causing you to breach) your obligations under these terms and conditions and in particular those warranties set out in conditions above
An act or omission of any customs, shipping line, seaport or government official. 
The contents of the shipment consisting of any article that is a prohibited item or any other discrepancy of any nature whatsoever pertaining to shipment even though we may have accepted the shipment by mistake.  
 
13.Notice of Claim for Loss or Damage.
All claims must be made in writing, within the strict time limits set out herein, except in cases where convention applies.  Overseas Logistics shall not be liable for any loss, damage or delay to any shipment unless notice thereof, setting out particulars of the origin, destination and date of shipment and the estimated amount claimed in respect of such loss, damage or delay is given in writing to Overseas Logistics within 30 days after delivery of the shipment, or, in the case of failure to make delivery, within 3 months from the date the shipment originated. The final statement of claim must be filed within 3 months of the date of shipment, together with a copy of all relevant documentation, including the paid Waybill. In the case of shipments where the Convention applies, written claims for loss or damage of the shipment must be received by Overseas Logistics within 30 days from the date the shipment was delivered, or in the case of damage or loss of any kind due to non-delivery or mis delivery, within 30 days of the date that the shipment originated. The right to damages of any kind against Overseas Logistics shall be extinguished unless an action is brought within 3 months from the earlier of the date on which the shipment should have been delivered, and the date on which carriage ceased.

14.Shipper obligation.
14A. Packaging — All shipments shall be enclosed in defect-free cartons or packaging that are properly sealed and secured and do not use any string or rope on their exterior. The contents of any shipment must be held firmly in place by the interior packaging system, which must protect such contents from normal external forces such as the pressure exerted by stacking other shipments on top of it. Overseas Logistics reserves the right to refuse to accept any shipment that it deems, in its sole discretion, is inappropriately packaged and/or will not withstand standard handling and transportation conditions. 
14B. Proper Labelling — Each shipment must display a properly secured Overseas Logistics shipping label that has been correctly completed. All previous delivery address labels and markings must be covered or removed. Improper label may result in the shipment being delayed or lost. Any shipment containing fragile items must include an orientation “up” arrow located on all sides of the package and must be labelled “FRAGILE”. 
14C. Accuracy of Information — The Shipper is responsible for ensuring that the correct information respecting the weights, account numbers and Consignee’s address for any shipment is set out on the Waybill. Overseas Logistics may correct errors and additional charges may apply. 
14D. Account Number — All Waybills require a valid Overseas Logistics Account Number. A shipment may be delayed or returned if Overseas Logistics determines that the Account Number included on the Waybill is incorrect or such account is not in good standing. 
14E. Shipping Restrictions — Overseas Logistics does not provide service to post office boxes, or rural route or residential addresses, nor do we provide temperature-controlled courier services. 
15.Holidays.
No shipment will be accepted or delivered on any day that is a Saturday, Sunday or statutory holiday in the jurisdiction where such shipment is to be accepted or delivered. 
 
16.Prohibited Shipments.
Overseas Logistics shall not carry any items classified as hazardous material, dangerous goods, prohibited or restricted articles by IATA (International Air Transport Association), ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization), BCAS (Bureau of Civil Aviation Security) or other government or regulatory agencies; Items the carriage of which is prohibited by any law, statute or regulation. 
16A. Items the carriage of which is prohibited by any law, statute or regulation.
16B. Items requiring Overseas Logistics to obtain any special licence or permit for transportation.
16C. Packages that are wet, leaking or emit an odour of any kind;
16D. Any items as may from time to time be notified by Overseas Logistics to be restricted and/or banned and/or dangerous and/or prohibited for carriage from time to time (such items include but are not limited to radio-active, incendiary, corrosive or flammable substances, hazardous chemicals, explosives, firearms or parts thereof and ammunition, firecrackers, cyanides, precipitates, gold and silver ore, bullion, precious metals and stones, jewellery, semi-precious stones including commercial carbons or industrial diamonds, currency (paper or coin) of any nationality, securities (including stocks and bonds, share certificates and blank signed share transfer forms), coupons, stamps, negotiable instruments in bearer form, cashier’s cheques, travellers’ cheques, money orders, passports, credit/debit/ATM cards, antiques, works of art, lottery tickets and gambling devices, livestock, fish, insects, animals, plants and plant material, human corpses, organs or body parts, blood, urine and other liquid diagnostic specimens, hazardous or bio-medical waste, wet ice, pornographic materials, contraband, narcotics and psychotropic substances, fragile glassware, crockery, bone China, shipments to post office box addresses, etc. 
 
17.Overseas Logistics Rights
17A. Refusal of Packages — Overseas Logistics reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse any package that, due to the nature or character of its contents, may soil, taint, or otherwise damage other shipments, or which is economically or operationally Impractical to transport. 
17B. Right of Inspection — Overseas Logistics reserves the right to open and inspect any shipment tendered to it at any time without cause or notice. 
17C. Alternate Modes of Transportation — Overseas Logistics reserves the right to substitute alternate modes of transportation or routes from those selected by the Shipper or used by Overseas Logistics for previous shipments. Any exercise by Overseas Logistics of these rights shall in no way affect the maximum liability of Overseas Logistics as indicated in these General Terms and Conditions/ 
17D. Use of Agents or Other Carriers – Overseas Logistics reserves the right to engage the service of agents or other carriers for the purpose of completing delivery of any shipment. Such agents or other carriers may, in turn, engage the services of other persons to complete such delivery. Any exercise by Overseas Logistics or it agents or other carriers of this right shall in no way affect the maximum liability of Overseas Logistics as indicated in these General Terms and Conditions. 
18.Jurisdiction
18A.  Severability –In the event that any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any authority with proper jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed to have been severed from these General Terms and Conditions, and the remaining provisions shall continue to be in full force and effect. 
18B.  Waiver — Any failure or delay by Overseas Logistics in enforcing or applying any provision of these General Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or otherwise impair Overseas Logistics right to enforce or apply such provision or any other provision in the future. 
18C.  Amendments and Notice — Overseas Logistics may amend, replace, add to or otherwise alter (in all cases, an “amendment”) these General Terms and Conditions, the terms and conditions applicable to any particular Overseas Logistics Product, or its Rate Schedules or Schedule of Additional Charges at any time or from time to time, upon posting notice of such amendment, together with the amended form, on its website which may currently be accessed at www.Overseas Logistics-express.com (such posting to constitute “notice” for the purposes of this General Terms and Conditions and otherwise). All such amendments shall be effective the latter of 30 days following the posting of such notice or such later date as Overseas Logistics may determine. The Shipper, Consignee and any other person who may have an interest in any shipment shall be bound by the relevant terms and schedules in place at the time that the shipment originates. Nothing herein shall be interpreted to mean that any agent, servant or representative of Overseas Logistics has the authority to alter, modify or waive any applicable terms or conditions or schedules.

Payment, Cancellation & Refunds
This Web site “Overseaslogistic.com” is owned and operated by Overseas Logistics Pvt Ltd (herein after referred to as “Overseas” / “Company”). Overseas is a company registered under the laws of the Indian Companies Act and is in operation since 2019. Overseas logistics is a brand owned by Overseas. The Overseas logistics brand, logo and mascot are a property of Overseas and are the subject of a trademark application.
PLEASE READ THE STATEMENT CAREFULLY. IF YOU [CUSTOMER] DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MENTIONED HEREIN, KINDLY REFRAIN FROM ACCESSING THE WEB SITE OR BOOKING OF ANY CONSIGNMENT. ANY BOOKING OF SERVICE DONE /MADE ON THIS SITE SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE AN ACCEPTANCE OF THIS POLICY.
This agreement was written in English (India). To the extent any translated version of this agreement conflicts with the English version, the English version controls.

Context
The “PAYMENT CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS POLICY” governs your use BOOKING of services made available from or through this web site. “Overseas” may change the Terms and Conditions from time to time, at any time with or without notice to you, by posting such changes on the Website. The Client agrees to pay the Company according to the rates displayed on the Web Site at the time of Booking. The rates are subject to change & can be changed without notice to you, In the eventuality of any additional cost incurred during the course of delivery like ODA, Govt levies, Duty, taxes etc would be charged later.  The Client will pay for the service in as per the invoice raised at periodical intervals along with additional cost incurred if any. If the Client fails to make any payment within FIFTEEN (15) days of billing, late charges will apply at the rate of 1.5% per month on the unpaid amount. If a bill remains unpaid for sixty (60) days, Company shall have the option of any or all of the following: (1) terminate this Agreement, (2) withhold services.
 
Acceptable Payment Methods
1.By booking with Overseaslogistic.com, you authorize Overseas logistics its agents to transact with your bank or other payment gateways on your behalf to obtain the necessary information required to process payment, confirm payment, resolve inquiries and billing disputes, and/or as otherwise required to manage the booking.
2.We accept the following payment methods: (i) Credit Cards with MasterCard or Visa branding (ii) International Debit Cards with Visa or MasterCard branding which your issuer allows you to use to make purchases online; (iii) Net Banking Payment; and (iv) Indian Bank Debit Cards issued by an Indian bank. You will not be asked to provide your online banking customer name or password to Overseas (“Account Access Data”). OVERSEAS does not want any information regarding your Account Access Data and you agree not to provide us with your Account Access Data. In case of any loss and/or damage to the user, due to use/misuse of the information of the user, without any gross omission of “Overseas” Company”, in that eventuality, “Overseas Company” will not be liable in any manner whatsoever.
3.Not all payment methods are available to use for all products, items and services.
 
Payment Gateway

Overseas uses a third-party payment gateway called HDFC Payment Gateway.  HDFC Payment Gateway provides inter alia aggregate payment gateway solutions to Overseas for enabling its customer to pay their bills online. HDFC Payment Gateway provides a single payment gateway solution to Overseas and facilitates Overseas in accepting online payments by their customers on their website or mobile application directed to the HDFC Payment Gateway site or through HDFC IVR system. Using credit/ debit cards, net banking and various other acceptable modes of payment options provided by HDFC Payment Gateway.
HDFC Bank  and Overseas have implemented technical and organizational measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure. However, Overseas and HDFC Bank’s payment gateway cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those measures or use your personal information for improper purposes. You acknowledge that you provide your personal information at your own risk.

Cancellations and Modifications
1.The Cancellation Policy is dynamic and may change from time to time.
2.The Cancellation policy of Overseas may change in the interim period of booking and date of expiry of subscription of services
3.The Cancellation Policy prevailing at the time of booking of service by the Customer will be the applicable policy.
4.Overseas offers free cancellation for all bookings only if the consignments haven’t been physically reached any of our branch or HUB.  This means that Overseas doesn’t levy any cancellation fees of its own.
5.In case the service is availed by the customer than any request for cancellation of fees on account of any service deficiency would be subject to approval by appropriate authorities in Overseas.  
6.Any delay / loss / damage to the shipment because of force majeure wouldn’t be eligible for any refund.
7.Only those cancellation requests which are made either online or on email to our customer support team shall be entertained.
8.Overseas may accept amendments to the booking at its sole discretion.
9.All the refunds shall be done by Overseas directly to you.
10.Your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.
 
Refunds
1.Refunded amounts are generally returned within 7 business days however, the length of time required for the funds to be credited to your account is determined by your financial institution. Please check with your financial institution on their specific rules regarding returned or refunded transactions.
2.Overseas has no obligation to issue refunds if you cannot provide us with full and accurate information required to complete the refund or credit; or the refund request has already been processed through our payment gateway but has not yet applied to the originating source of the payment; or the refund request directs Overseas to issue the refund to a different financial institution than the source where the original payment was received; or Overseas did not receive the payment for which the refund request is made due to force majeure or other causes beyond our direct control.
3.Refunds requiring special handling may result in a delayed return of the funds.
4.In the event a refund cannot be handled within standard refund protocols or to process a refund after 90 days, you may be asked to supply additional information and to provide documentation of the original charge.
5.Information disclosed to Overseas for the purposes of processing a customer refund will be protected in accordance with our current Privacy Policy.

General Terms & Conditions for Online Payments

Once a customer has accepted these Terms and Conditions, he/ she may register and avail the Services. In these Terms and Conditions, the term “Charge Back” shall mean, approved and settled credit card or net banking purchase transaction(s) which are at any time refused, debited or charged back to merchant account (and shall also include similar debits to Payment Service Provider’s accounts, if any) by the acquiring bank or credit card company for any reason whatsoever, together with the bank fees, penalties and other charges incidental thereto.

Server Slow Down/Session Timeout: In case the Website or Payment Service Provider’s webpage, that is linked to the Website, is experiencing any server related issues like ‘slow down’ or ‘failure’ or ‘session timeout’, the Customer shall, before initiating the second payment, check whether his/her Bank Account has been debited or not and accordingly resort to one of the following options:
In case the Bank Account appears to be debited, ensure that he/ she does not make the payment twice and immediately thereafter contact Overseas via e-mail or any other mode of contact as provided by Overseas to confirm payment.
 In case the Bank Account is not debited, the Customer may initiate a fresh transaction to make payment.
However, the Customer agrees that under no circumstances the “Overseas Company” and/or Payment Gateway Service Provider shall be held responsible for such fraudulent/duplicate transactions and hence no claims should be raised to “Overseas” / “Company” and/or Payment Gateway Service Provider. No communication received by the “Overseas” / “Company” and/or Payment Service Provider(s) in this regards shall be entertained by the “Overseas” / “Company” and/or Payment Service Provider(s).
Overseas and the Payment Service Provider(s) assume no liability whatsoever for any monetary or other damage suffered by the Customer on account of:
The delay, failure, interruption, or corruption of any data or other information transmitted in connection with use of the Payment Gateway or Services in connection thereto; and/ or
Any interruption or errors in the operation of the Payment Gateway.
The Customer agrees, understands and confirms that his/ her personal data including without limitation details relating to debit card/ credit card transmitted over the Internet may be susceptible to misuse, hacking, theft and/ or fraud and that Overseas or the Payment Service Provider(s) have no control over such matters. 
 
Although all reasonable care has been taken towards guarding against unauthorized use of any information transmitted by the Customer, Overseas does not represent or guarantee that the use of the Services provided by/ through it will not result in theft and/or unauthorized use of data over the Internet.
 
Overseas, the Payment Service Provider(s) and its affiliates and associates shall not be liable, at any time, for any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of information contained on the Website.
 
The Customer will be required to login his/ her own Customer ID and Password, given by Overseas in order to register and/ or use the Services provided by Institute on the Website. By accepting these Terms and Conditions the Customer aggress that his/ her Customer ID and Password are very important pieces of information, and it shall be the Customer’s own responsibility to keep them secure and confidential. In furtherance hereof, the Customer agrees to;
Choose a new password, whenever required for security reasons.
Keep his/ her Customer ID & Password strictly confidential.
Be responsible for any transactions made by Customer under such Customer ID and Password.

Debit/Credit Card, Bank Account Details

 1. The Customer agrees that the debit/credit card details provided by him/ her for use of the aforesaid Service(s) must be correct and accurate and that the Customer shall not use a debit/ credit card, that is not lawfully owned by him/ her or the use of which is not authorized by the lawful owner thereof. The Customer further agrees and undertakes to provide correct and valid debit/credit card details.
2. The Customer may pay his/ her fees to Overseas by using a debit/credit card or through online banking account. The Customer warrants, agrees and confirms that when he/ she initiates a payment transaction and/or issues an online payment instruction and provides his/ her card / bank details:
The Customer is fully and lawfully entitled to use such credit / debit card, bank account for such transactions.
The Customer is responsible to ensure that the card/ bank account details provided by him/ her are accurate.
The Customer is authorizing debit of the nominated card/ bank account for the payment of fees selected by such Customer along with the applicable Fees.
The Customer is responsible to ensure sufficient credit is available on the nominated card/ bank account at the time of making the payment to permit the payment of the dues payable or the bill(s) selected by the Customer inclusive of the applicable Fee.

Payment Gateway Disclaimer

The Service is provided in order to facilitate access to view and pay Fees online. Overseas or the Payment Service Provider(s) do not make any representation of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Payment Gateway other than what is specified in the Website for this purpose. By accepting/ agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the Customer expressly agrees that his/ her use of the aforesaid online payment Service is entirely at own risk and responsibility of the Customer.
 
Cancellation Policy
The Cancellation Policy is dynamic and may change from time to time.
1.The Cancellation policy of Overseas may change in the interim period of booking and date of expiry of subscription of services
2.The Cancellation Policy prevailing at the time of booking of service by the Customer will be the applicable policy.
3.Overseas offers free cancellation for all bookings only if the consignments haven’t been physically reached any of our branches or HUB.  This means that Overseas doesn’t levy any cancellation fees of its own.
4.In case the service is availed by the customer than any request for cancellation of fees on account of any service deficiency would be subject to approval by appropriate authorities in Overseas.  
5.Any delay / loss / damage to the shipment because of force majeure wouldn’t be eligible for any refund.
6.Only those cancellation requests which are made either online or on email to our customer support team shall be entertained.
7.Overseas may accept amendments to the booking at its sole discretion.
8.All the refunds shall be done by Overseas directly to you.
9.Your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Payment Refund Policy for Online Payments

Refund for Charge Back Transaction: In the event there is any claim for/ of charge back by the Customer for any reason whatsoever, such Customer shall immediately approach Overseas with his/ her claim details and claim refund from Overseas alone. Such refund (if any) shall be affected only by Overseas via payment gateway or any other means as Overseas deems appropriate. No claims for refund/ charge back shall be made by any Customer to the Payment Service Provider(s) and in the event such claim is made it shall not be entertained.
Refund for fraudulent/duplicate transaction(s):  The Customer shall directly contact Overseas for any fraudulent transaction(s) on account of misuse of Card/ Bank details by a fraudulent individual/party and such issues shall be suitably addressed by Overseas alone in line with their policies and rules.
